Born and raised in the Queen City (Charlotte, NC) Lady B is the last generation of her family to be born into segregation in 1994. A wife, mom, and lover of community-choosing to sow into a better tomorrow than the experiences of yesterday by exposing the truth and nurturing those truths with love. Liberating generations forward and back became Lady B's posture as she healed through her own experiences- a revolutionary way of teaching and healing was cultivated.

The land of truth is a manifestation of her personal liberation and inner child healing. By implementing the healing pillars of cognitive enlightenment, vessel nourishment, spiritual healing, and community uplift to her daily life she freed herself not only from the matrix but various forms of spiritual psychosis, roots, and generational traumas.
